Some Halloween Reminders For Kids

It’s the Halloween week mommies! Before sending out your little ghosts, goblins and fair princesses and princes out into the night for some Trick or Treating fun, take note of the following safety reminders and tips. Seeing your kids hurt or put to danger or trouble is more painful for a mom to witness (even more painful than a nodular acne).
1. Check the costume materials. Beware of flame-retardant materials, dangling capes, sharp swords and other props.
2. Give your child a glow stick, flashlight or reflective tape so they can be seen and see in the dark.
3. Remind them to cross streets very carefully.

Just one day to go and my son will embark on his first Trick or Treat festivity for this year. Costume..check. Trick or Treat pail..check. Trick or Treat extra large bag..check. I really am excited for my son as I’m sure he’ll enjoying getting treats and sweets in his favorite character costume. Trick or Treat activities certainly are for kids so mommies out there need not worry on how to get rid of blackheads to look good on pictures because it’ll be the kids anyway who’ll be the subjects of most cameras.
