Thankful for Health Plans
I have repeatedly acknowledged how I’m so thankful that we have a health insurance care of the husband’s company. Without it, we would have lost a fortune already due to the numerous times that I and the little one got hospitalized. There was a time when I had my gall stones (and gall bladder) removed at MMC then I got confined twice just last month for respiratory illness. My son also got hospitalized twice in the past and because of the health card, we shelled out none to just a very few hundreds of pesos. I’m not happy about being sickly but what I’m saying is, health insurances are really a big help in these times of emergencies. No one wants to get sick but if that dreaded instance comes, at least with health plans like that of Blue Cross, we’re spared of the burden thinking where to source money for the hospital expenses.

I’m sorry to hear that you and your son have been sickly. Just like you, I’m also grateful to have me and my family’s health covered and secured with a cheap health insurance. The premiums being paid shouldn’t be perceived as expenses but instead as an investment. Meaning, when a health emergency arises, the insurance will cover up for it, helping us greatly from shelling out thousands of money for hospital bills.
