Western clothing styles remain a staple in today’s fashion.  From the fitted straight-leg or boot-leg jeans for women to signature checkered polo shirts for men, western fashion is a part of the wardrobes of most people today.  There are so many things and points that are loved in this fashion.  It gives a feminine and comfortable look for the women while for men, the rugged and masculine look.

The western clothing ensemble for women often includes classic peasant tops, sexy boot-cut jeans with brown leather cowgirl belts which are thinner and feminine versions of cowboy belts and cowgirl boots.  A cowgirl hat perfects the look of the more fashionable western women.

On the other hand, a western clothing ensemble for men is never complete without plaid flannel shirts, checkered polos, corduroy or leather pants, cowboy boots and mens western belts.  These are fashion trends that never goes out of style and therefore considered a universal fashion. 

Western belts are more commonly referred to as the cowboy belts and they come with an authentic looking belt buckle.  They are usually made of the finest leather which can either be handmade or factory-created.  The handmade ones are usually more expensive because of the tougher manual labor involved and the warranted quality of the materials used.  Most popular colors are tan and brown since these earth colors are the general motif of a cowboy look. 

Western belt buckles expresses a lot in a western clothing getup.  There’s a wide range of western buckles and they come in unique designs.  Through the years, the western belts in general have also evolved and the modern belts now come in other colors like black and other earth hues.  The textile used is no longer concentrated just on leather but other materials include snake, crocodile, alligator and other reptile skins.  Styles that make these western belts differ from one another are embossed, printed or stamped designs.
