Last Black Friday Sale, among the things that I hoarded were bath towels. I asked a US-based friend to shop 6 pieces of thick, differently colored bath towels from Walmart. I’ve also asked her to snag a few Kitchen Towels and Bar Towels for my kitchen as well. I didn’t mind shopping that much because they were sold at very tempting deals. I really thought those were the cheapest I’ve ever seen. But looking at the website of USATOWL now, boy, I was wrong. The Velor Finish Hand Towels featured on closeout specials are actually the cheapest of all. I’ve never seen a dozen of hand towels costing just $10.49 or roughly $0.80 each. They may be the cheapest but I’m confident that the quality is not sacrificed just like the other cheap towels sold else where. I say so because they have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee seal and as evidenced as well by the praises and testimonials I’ve read in another forum.

So now I’m thinking, I need not wait for Black Friday since I can order cheap Wholesale Towels anytime from USATOWL. As the Christmas season is just a few months away, I’m also thinking to order in bulk now so I can have them personalized and give them as gifts to my friends and relatives. I’m sure that fellow mom and homemaker friends will appreciate this functional gift.

It’s been a while since I last purchased new clothing for Little A.  It is because I’ve generously shopped in the last quarter of last year.  Also, as he is slim ever since and doesn’t easily get plump despite his voracious appetite, most of his 24 months and 2T shirts still fit him nicely.  That’s one advantage of not having a chubby baby.  Clothes are maximized and used for a longer period of time.

Anyway, speaking of clothes shopping for little boys, this Old Navy promotion might interest those who have kids aging 5 until 15 years old.  Running through August 5, the Kids You-niform Event discounted prices are applicable only to select styles and while supplies last.

During the Black Friday sale last year, I’ve hoarded so much home stuffs in anticipation of the big move to Little Mansion this year.  I’ve bought (through my Brockton, MA-based friend) a set of cooking pots and pans, 6 pieces of bath towels and a set of Corelle dining ware.  Together with some shopaholic friends, we were able to fill a huge freight box which was delivered to me.  Those were a lot so even if I wanted to shop more, I didn’t bother to add and was to sheepish to ask my friend for a little more indulgence. 

Anyway, Thanksgiving is just a few months away and I can engage more with yet another Black Friday shopping madness.  Until then, I’ll be able to buy the Bed Linens and Bedding that have been luring me ever since.  While waiting and saving up for the Black Friday Sale, I’m spending so much time browsing the Bed Linen Basics category of Shopwiki.co.uk.  Oh boy, I’m learning so much and getting tons of ideas from there specifically about ideal bed linens and bed covers.  Whoever thought of this site is a genius.  It’s a sort of Google and a shopping directory in one because aside from giving a helpful reference, it also provides an ample list of shopping sites for a particular product.  Shopwiki actually directed me to a particular site where I can buy this wonderful Baby Bedding and Linen that I intend to use for little A’s future bedroom.  I bet he’ll refuse to get up in the morning from this Spongebob (his favorite!) bedding.

It’s fourth of the July once again and in the US, sales are one of the things that shoppers anticipate most. Alluring and tempting promos are out and I bet the Symbol LS2208 barcode scanners in shops are once again will be tested to the limits. 

As for me, I’ve just chanced upon Old Navy’s Star Spangled Sale of up to 50% off and I’m really itching to shop a few pieces for my boys.  As always, I go with under $10 tags and these are what I want to buy for them:
