Ready For Halloween.
From a quiet and innocent-looking Baby Tigger costume last year to a feisty-looking T-Rex Dinosaur costume this year. That’s the little one’s costume for this Halloween and he’s now ready to go Trick or Treating. Thank you to Tita Glo for facilitating the shopping for little A. This and the other shopping loots that arrived from Boston were the reasons why Kathy, Aggie, Kaje and I met up at Mall of Asia last week. Isn’t he adorable in his T-rex costume?
Handsome Like Daddy
Yesterday, we attended the first birthday of husband’s officemate’s son. It was a super hero costume party but since little A doesn’t have one and his Halloween costume for this year hasn’t arrived yet from the US, he just went clad in an interesting "controversial" shirt.
It was actually eye-catching and he even stole a few minutes of limelight. The party host noticed the caption and even asked him where his "handsome Daddy" is. The husband laughed and was blushing the whole time because the little one, in obedience approached the husband as if he presented his daddy to the crowd and is really proud of him. Bwahaha! Turned out, this is way more interesting than a costume.
And yeah, no need to ask who bought that shirt because it’ll be a rhetorical question. LOL.
Haven’t uploaded the party pictures to my Flickr gallery so watch out for that soon.
Gotta Wear Shades.
It’s very rare that little A can be seen wearing shades for this long and is in the mood to be photographed. He’s not really into shades, caps or anything that you put on his head or face. Expect that he will remove it and often, plays with it (like below). So we’re just lucky that we were able to capture his giddy self while wearing Mommy’s shades.
Baby Fashionista.
I find it amusing that as early as now, little A knows to convey his desires and preferences. Often times, I let him choose which among his shirt or sandals he’d wear before going out for walk. It may be more of which thing catches his attention first but still, it’s a good training to train and exercise his very young will..geared towards mental development, that is.
The other day here’s what his "pambahay" getup looked like.
He opened his drawer, took out a pair of socks and got his blue sandals. He then handed me these things and signaled that he wished to wear them by pointing to his feet. I propped him up to a chair, put on them as he wished then later on roamed around the house as if he’s modeling.
A tucked in sando shirt, brief, red and black socks and blue sandals….Is that the new toddler fashion, little A?
It seems we got a fashionista tot on the loose, huh?
